NK 細胞（自然殺手細胞）是一種對先天免疫系統至關重要的細胞毒性淋巴細胞。NK 細胞在先天性和適應性免疫反應中的作用在研究中變得越來越重要。
EliteCell NK 細胞誘導和擴增試劑組無需feeder cell和預塗層，即可實現簡單的培養過程，能夠從外周血單核細胞 (PBMCs) 和臍帶血單核細胞 (CBMCs) 中獲得具有高細胞毒性能力的高純度 CD3-/CD56+ NK 細胞。

NK kit expansion and proliferation
After culturing for 14 days with EliteCell NK kit, high cell numbers were expanded from PBMC of four healthy individuals. (1-2 x109 cells at Day 14).
CCK-8 cytotoxicity assay
NK cells obtained by EliteCell NK kit were assessed for cytotoxicity against the NK cell-sensitive K562 cell line.
At E/T=2, NK cells showed 60-80% cytotoxicity capacity; At E/T=5, , NK cells showed 80-100% cytotoxic capacity.
NK cell phenotyping
The CD3-/CD56+ cell marker expression is used to evaluate NK cells percentage in the harvested total cells. Flow cytometry analysis revealed that EliteCell NK kit induces 70%-90% positive NK cell at Day 14.
